We have very good expertise in the following casting processes. We perform inspection process for moulds before pouring.We have several types of moulding like Greensand process, Molasses process,No bake process.

We have two 21" Cupola furnace for the pouring, we use high grade pig Iron with required silicon content, while the melting the metal we perform carbon,silicon & manganese testing in ferro lab to ensure the raw material is PERFECT.

The castings, after they are given sufficient time for cooling, undergo shot blasting process. Then they are brought to the Grinding and Fettling shop to remove any rough edges and other such casting defects.

After Pouring once casting becomes at normal temperature to the atmosphere, we send casting for Shot blasting, Machining Grinding and Fettling to clean the casting After Finishing the casting we perform shot blasting process again to remove the machining and grinding scratches. Than we apply of coat of primer as per the customer's requirement.

We have been issued ISO 9001:2008 certification by TUV SUD Management Service GmbH and accordingly a stringent quality control program is followed which is implemented in the many phases.
